ABOUT JORDEN
After a decade of patient care experience collided with a true passion for aesthetics, Beauty from Ashes Aesthetics was inspired and founded by Jorden McPhee, APRN.
As a certified Nurse Practitioner, Jorden offers her patients a diverse combination of experience, knowledge, and personal attention. Jorden’s passion is educating her clients about how professional aesthetic treatments and quality skincare products work synergistically to provide optimal skin health and appearance aimed to help every guest feel confident and beautiful from the inside out.
Prior to founding Beauty from Ashes Aesthetics, Jorden has over ten years of clinical experience providing patient care within the setting of women’s health, critical care, cardiology, pre-op and surgical recovery, ENT, and facial plastic surgery. Jorden earned her Master of Science and Nursing degree at The University of Tampa, where she has served as a clinical faculty member and adjunct clinical instructor at the Bachelors and Masters level. Jorden has a passion for inspiring others and has helped fellow injectors open successful practices as well as mentor others into the field of aesthetics.
Jorden spends her free time with her family and son who ultimately inspired her to step into the world of entrepreneurship. She says being a mom is her number one job and she strives to maintain a healthy balance between being a mom and business owner. She also enjoys being active within the community and volunteering at her home church.
MEET BRITTANY
Brittany is an award-winning lash artist specializing in volume extensions. She moved to Brandon eight years ago with her family and beloved pets. She loves creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for her clients so much that they often fall asleep, thus creating her business name, Lash Naps! For over 10 years now, she’s enjoyed giving confidence to her clients by accentuating their natural beauty. She is certified by Xtreme Lashes, Borboleta Beauty, and Lash Box LA. She was awarded Best of the Bay in 2018 and Best of South Tampa in 2020.
In her spare time, her favorite thing is spending quality time with her son. On the weekends, you can find her at an ice rink, watching her son play, or the Tampa Bay Lightning! She also enjoys curling up with a book, trying a new recipe, or dabbling with an art project.
MEET JULI
Juli is a tactful and certificated beauty expert with 10+ years of experience in the beauty industry in Ukraine and Poland.
She provides professional services in: permanent powdered brows, permanent eyeliner, permanent lip blushing, wedding makeup, professional dance makeup, and special occasion makeup.
Juli gives her full attention and heart to her clients. She respects clients’ time and needs. In the world of unnatural beauty – Julis purpose is to enhance innate beauty.
She has 3 main values: love, harmony and complementing of natural beauty. Juli knows that every humankind is beautiful – you just need to underline your strongest elements.
In her free time she enjoys sharing love within her family, spending active time outside and developing her social and professional skills.
MEET ROMINA
Romina has always been a lover of skincare, beauty, and wellness. She moved to Tampa one year ago and began her aesthetician journey. After having graduated her course she has both aesthetician and laser technician and electrology certification. She has a passion for learning everything skin and lasers and is always looking to expand her knowledge. Her favorite services include facials, chemical peels, lash lifts, brow laminations, and laser hair removal.
Romina loves the confidence that comes with great skin and loves to be the one to help reach your glow goals. Whether it’s a relaxing facial or helping break down your skincare routine shes here for you at Beauty from Ashes!
In her free time she enjoys starting a book at the beach or pool, and is always down to try new foodie spots. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and can always be found looking for the next concert to attend!
MEET BRE
Bre graduated from the University of South Florida as an adult acute care nurse practitioner. Over the past 8 years, she has touched many lives working in cardiac surgery, but felt called to help people in a different way.
Aesthetic medicine represents a beautiful blend of artistry, medicine, and lasting connections. She firmly believes that building on an individual’s natural beauty empowers them to be their best selves. Her goal is to provide a safe space for you to share your concerns and collaborate on achieving your beauty goals.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a devoted dog mom to Brix, her 12-year-old Yorkie. She finds gardening to be therapeutic, a hobby she embraced after her grandmother’s passing. Spending quality time with family brings her the most joy. Peloton is her stress reliever, and Robin Arzon is her hype woman. During the summer, you’ll find her indulging in jet skiing and deep-sea fishing in Anna Maria Island.
MEET FALLON (Permanent MakeUp Artist – Starting In August)
With over six years of experience in the permanent makeup industry, Fallon has honed a specialty in crafting beautiful brows and has also expanded her expertise to include lip blush treatments.
Driven by a passion for all things beauty, she is dedicated to helping clients feel confident and radiant. Her artistic background fuels her creativity, making every session a unique and personalized experience.
Committed to excellence and client satisfaction, Fallon combines technical skill with a deep love for art, transforming her passion into a career that enhances natural beauty.
