About Jorden McPhee, APRN
With over a decade of patient care experience and a deep passion for aesthetics, Jorden McPhee, APRN, founded Beauty from Ashes Aesthetics to merge her expertise in healthcare with her love for enhancing beauty. As a certified Nurse Practitioner, Jorden brings a unique combination of medical knowledge, skill, and personalized attention to every client, ensuring that they feel empowered and beautiful from the inside out.
Jorden is deeply committed to educating her clients about the synergy between professional aesthetic treatments and high-quality skincare products. Her goal is to help each guest achieve radiant, healthy skin that boosts their confidence and overall well-being.
Before founding Beauty from Ashes Aesthetics, Jorden gained extensive clinical experience in various specialties, including women’s health, critical care, cardiology, pre-op and surgical recovery, ENT, and facial plastic surgery. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Tampa, where she also served as a clinical faculty member and adjunct clinical instructor, mentoring both Bachelor’s and Master’s level students. Additionally, Jorden is passionate about mentoring fellow injectors, helping them establish successful practices in the aesthetics field.
Beyond her professional life, Jorden is a dedicated mother who finds her greatest joy in spending time with her son. Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship is a priority for her, and she credits her son as the inspiration behind her journey into business ownership. When she’s not at work, Jorden enjoys being active in her local community and volunteering at her home church.

Alysha’s deep passion for skin and beauty led her to graduate from Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy as a licensed full specialist aesthetician. Her dedication to helping clients feel beautiful and confident shines through in every treatment she performs. In addition to her aesthetician expertise, Alysha is also a certified lash and permanent makeup artist, bringing a broad skill set to her work.
Specializing in personalized skincare treatments tailored to address individual concerns, Alysha is committed to both results and relaxation. She stays on top of the latest trends and techniques to ensure her clients receive cutting-edge care in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether it’s an advanced skincare regimen or a beauty service, Alysha’s goal is to provide an experience that enhances both appearance and well-being.
Outside of her work, Alysha enjoys spending time with her three children. Cooking has been a lifelong passion, and as a true foodie, she loves exploring new recipes. In her downtime, you’ll find her enjoying coffee, indulging in beauty trends, or watching a captivating true crime movie.

Meet Dr. Taylor: Medical Director
With over 25 years of dermatology experience, Dr. Taylor spent many years as the chief of dermatology at MacDill Air Force Base before retiring and starting his own practice.
On a more personal note, Dr. Taylor is a Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute baseball Hall of Fame inductee and received top awards as a former United States Air Force basketball team member. Dr. Taylor still enjoys staying active and supporting local Tampa high school athletic programs. He also takes pride in his floral arrangements and landscaping masterpieces, traveling with his family, and giving back to the Tampa Bay community.
